IK Multimedia iLoud Precision Remote Control is a hardware remote for iLoud Precision MKII monitors that puts ARC X voice selection and the room measurement process at the listening position instead of at the computer keyboard.

Change monitor voicing without leaving the sweet spot.

Room correction is only useful if you can compare states quickly. Walking to a laptop, clicking through software and walking back means the comparison happens from memory. The remote removes that step: switch ARC X voices, run and recall measurements, and hear the difference from the position the correction was measured for.

It is an accessory for the iLoud Precision MKII range. If you are running Precision monitors and doing regular A and B checks between corrected and uncorrected states, or between voicing profiles, this is the piece that makes it practical.

What Does the Remote Actually Control?

ARC X voice selection and the measurement process. In practice that means switching between correction profiles and voicing curves, and starting and managing a room measurement, from the chair rather than from the computer.

Who Is This For?

Anyone running iLoud Precision MKII monitors who compares correction states regularly. Mixing and mastering engineers, and post rooms where different work needs different voicing.

Why IK Multimedia?

IK Multimedia has been building music production hardware and software in Modena, Italy since 1996, with US operations in Sunrise, Florida. The company is behind AmpliTube, T-RackS, TONEX, the ARC room correction platform and the iLoud monitor range, and it designs its own DSP, converters and analog front ends rather than assembling reference designs.
