The DeArmond Tone Boss is a magnetic soundhole pickup that drops into most standard steel-string acoustic guitars without any modification. Its passive humbucking design is built to reproduce the guitar's natural voice rather than colour it, with a simple onboard volume knob for level control.

No battery is required, and endpin output jack hardware is included for a clean, permanent install. Three interchangeable trim covers - black, cream and tortoiseshell - are included so it can be matched to the guitar it's fitted to.
