The Electro-Voice PC DESKTOP-12 is a professional microphone from Electro-Voice. It is a freestanding gooseneck multi-pattern condenser mic.

Paging, podium, and installed microphone positions live or die on reliability, and this is the category EV has supplied to airports, courtrooms, and churches for decades.

EV microphones are built to broadcast and institutional standards; the housings, switches, and elements are chosen for years of daily service rather than spec-sheet flash. Electro-Voice has been building professional loudspeakers and microphones since 1927, and the company still engineers and tests its transducers to touring-grade standards.
