The Blackmagic ATEM Television Studio 4K8 2TB is a 1 M/E broadcast production switcher with eight 12G-SDI inputs, built for studios and live events that need real broadcast features in a single rack unit with a built-in 2TB disk for recording. It switches Ultra HD up to 2160p60 sources, streams direct to the internet and integrates with cameras, talkback and tally.

Overview

Eight 12G-SDI inputs auto-detect their format and switch Ultra HD up to 2160p60 sources cleanly. A built-in hardware streaming engine sends the program to RTMP services over Ethernet, and the USB connection works as a webcam for software. You get a full broadcast toolkit: multiple keyers, DVEs, a Fairlight audio mixer, multiview, media pool, and proper camera control with built-in DaVinci primary color correction.

The ISO model records every input as a clean file plus the program and saves a DaVinci Resolve project for fast turnaround editing.

This version includes a built-in 2TB disk, so you can record the program and ISO files internally without external media.
