The DT 880 PRO combines the strengths of open, transparent headphones with those of the more powerful closed headphones. A special housing and an improved system makes this remake of the DT 880 Studio Classic an ideal studio head-phone with very good analytical properties. The complete sound spectrum is fully reproduced, from the deepest bass, clearly placed and in no way obtrusive, to the most airy treble. The robust spring steel construction gives the headphones a secure fit and the mechanical reliability needed for daily use.

What is the DT 880 Pro Studio Headphones (Semi-Open Back)?

Studio headphones are built to be accurate and repairable rather than exciting. Closed backs isolate for tracking, open backs give a more natural stage for mixing. Replaceable pads and cables matter more than they sound like they should, because headphones live a hard life.
