The Electro-Voice EVID C12.2 is an in-ceiling loudspeaker from EV's EVID Ceiling series.

This is the low-impedance version, meant for conventional amplifier channels where each speaker or pair gets dedicated power. A properly specified ceiling system disappears into the architecture and covers every table evenly. That is why the EVID Ceiling range shows up constantly in distributed ceiling audio in offices, retail, and dining rooms.

EV ceiling models are designed for fast, secure installs with consistent voicing across the family, so multi-room projects sound uniform from zone to zone.
