What Does a Remix Station Add?

A dedicated layer of effects, sampling and remix control with physical controls, so the treatment becomes something performed by hand rather than switched on in software. It is the difference between using an effect and playing one.

Why AlphaTheta

AlphaTheta is the parent company behind Pioneer DJ, and it also releases products under its own name where they sit outside the traditional DJ booth categories. The engineering and the rekordbox ecosystem are shared, so AlphaTheta-branded gear integrates with a Pioneer DJ setup rather than sitting alongside it.
